When cleaning surfaces and objects, traditional dry and wet dusting tends to be the first method that comes to mind. While these cleaning techniques are tried and true on normal daily operations, it is now mandatory to have a proper disinfection protocol as required by the Public Health Agency. Most surfaces require specialized sanitation, and the solution is electrostatic disinfection provided by Disinfectre Electrostatic Services.

Electrostatic Wrapping Disinfection?

The electrostatic spray is the process of spraying an electrostatically charged mist onto surfaces and objects. The electrostatic spray uses a specialized solution combined with air and atomized by an electrode inside the sprayer. Subsequently, the spray contains positively charged particles that can adhere aggressively to surfaces and objects. Because the particles in the mist are positively charged, they cling to and coat any surface they’re aimed at.

For awkwardly shaped objects or hard-to-reach places, cleaning staff only have to point and spray; the nature of the mist allows it to coat surfaces evenly and envelope objects even if the fog is only sprayed from one side. After the spray is applied, the sanitizing agent disinfects the covered surfaces. For this reason, electrostatic disinfection is one of the most effective solutions for treating germs and viruses in all spaces.

How Does Electrostatic Disinfection Work?

The electrostatic spray is electrically charged, allowing the appropriate sanitizers, mold preventatives, and disinfectants to wrap around and evenly coat all types of surfaces for a complete clean. As the chemical exits the electrostatic sprayer, it’s given a positive electrical charge. The droplets become attracted to all negative surfaces, covering the visible area, underside, and backside with the sanitizing agent. Surfaces that are already covered will repel the spray, making the method extremely efficient

Electrostatic Disinfection Spraying sanitizes and disinfects quickly and efficiently with the most thorough coverage available.  This new technology is hospital-grade cleaning that is also 99.9999% effective at removing viruses, including COVID-19, influenza, and more.

Combines our specialized disinfectant solution with high-pressure air and an electrode located inside the nozzle. When discharged, the spray is atomized, and electrons are induced onto the droplets as they leave the nozzle with a highly positive charge. As the spray approaches the target, the electrostatic force becomes stronger. Through this process, the mist adheres to the entire object, even the areas that are not in the direct aim of the spraying wand. In addition, the droplets have an attraction 75 times more forceful than gravity, so the solution gets into all the areas of space and envelopes the ones you can’t directly see.

This advanced technology makes this the most effective disinfection process for germ and contaminant-ridden areas.
